AK DECOR ensures that all legal requirements as set out by the Dubai Health Authority are met.

For us, the health and welfare of our valued team is of utmost importance. To that end we have a Health & Safety policy ensuring all safety measures within the factory are carried out by all employees.

We have staff representatives who have completed first aid courses ensuring qualified first responder medical aid is quickly available should there be an accident in the factory.

We also have appointed and trained safety officers who ensure all employees are adhering to the requirements of the Health & Safety policy.

AK DECOR ensures that our industrial workers don’t work during the hottest hours of the day during summer and we permit all our employees to work 2 hours less during the month of Ramadan.

We also abide by the Emirates Environmental Code, ensuring the correct disposal of hazardous waste, acquiring relevant permits where required and adhering to building codes and practices.
